Registration

Do I need to register before placing an order?

You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping, or check out as a Guest. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases. Follow the steps here to register your account.

Why should I become a registered user?
  • You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.
  • You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Note that placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.
How do I change my account information?

As soon as you sign in to your account with your email address and password, it will direct you to your account overview to update/edit your account information.

What shipping carrier will deliver my order?

All orders are shipped via USPS United States Standard Shipping (U.S. Postal Service First Class and/or Priority Mail).

International orders are shipped via USPS International First Class delivery.

How will I know when my order is shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is actually shipped.

How long until my order arrives?

All items will be shipped 1-3 business days upon payment. Payments received before noon will be shipped out on the same day. After noon, the item will be shipped on the following business day (excluding weekends & holidays).

USA: First Class:  Delivery Time approximately 3-5 Days

Priority Mail: Delivery Time approximately 2-3 Days

International Orders: Delivery time varies by destination. Approximately 2 weeks or less.

Shipping Delays

Skindeepexperience is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping including Postal Service delays or loss of items, local delivery errors, international customs issues, or customer supplied incorrect address. We will make every effort to rectify the situation where feasible. If a product is returned to us due to an incorrect address we will notify you by email for an address correction and reship the product.

I made a mistake on my order! How can I fix it?

You can either email askindeepexperience@gmail.com or call us 407 928-8595 as soon as you notice your mistake, and we will fix it before order is shipped.

I never received my order, what should I do?

Start by checking your account to see if your items have shipped. If it has, your tracking number will display. The United States Postal Service is our primary carrier, and you can enter your tracking number at www.usps.com to see where your package is in the delivery cycle.
